Is It Spring Yet?

With spring come the flowers we all love to see. I always know when it's getting to that time of the year because the gardner shows up and starts cutting our lawn. He started today so it must be spring, well almost. Witht the flowers come the real estate signs what we all love to put up in our business because it means we will get a pay day some time in the future, if we can get the property sold. What I am seeing is a property that is not selling at the prices the owners think that they want. I seems to me that they is a slight softening of prices this spring. Probably a geat time for buyers to get a better deal.

Better Day Ahead

My morning startd well yesterday until I got out on the hwy and was headed to the office. Suddenly my vehilce started to buck and shutter so there I was sitting on the side of the Hwy waitring for trhe 24 hr. road side assistance to figure out where I was because thery're off in some other part of the country and don't know Victoria. About an hour later the tow truck arrived and took us to the dealership. I thought it was the transmission but it sound like it might be a problem between two on board computers, we will see. In the mean time I have a very nice loaner vehicle.
