If, after living in your new home for period of three months you feel that you have made a poor choice and wish to sell and move, I will sell your home for no commission, only a marketing fee.

In order to be eligible, you must buy another home of equal value through me within a period of one year or the commission on the sale of your home will be payable. This will require you to enter into an exclusive buyer's contract with Mike Lock for a period of one year.
